Compact, solid piano, ideal for small space. Selling because I don't have time to play and need the space! Purchased used in 1986, one previous owner. Some minor scratches. All working parts in excellent condition. Last tuned 2018, but everything works. Bench included, top surface quite scratched. Currently in a fourth-floor walkup, Brooklyn; movers can carry down the stairs with no problem. No crane needed! (Price takes location into account--half of what I would ask if you didn't need to pay for moving.)
